From the beginning, the Itaka-Escolapios network has been working to raise awareness for social transformation through educational actions and activities to be carried out in both formal and informal education.<\/span><\/p>\n Some of the main proposals in this area are the solidarity campaigns that every year bring us closer to the reality of the Piarist mission that exists in different places of the network, with the aim of getting to know better and feel as their own the task of so many Piarists, religious and lay all over the world. For example, you will remember: “Meeting Atambua”, “The treasure of Senegal”, “To the rhythm of Congo”, or the last one, “Centres that change, change your centre”.<\/span><\/p>\n This year, in accordance with the Order’s pastoral motto, we are launching the campaign “One voice, a million changes”, because we truly believe that, if we want to change the world, we need each one of the people who are reading this and specially the children and young people who participate in the Pious Schools in one way or another. The world needs their voice, and we need to listen to them.<\/span><\/p>\n Therefore, from Itaka-Escolapios we invite you to keep working so that the new generations can give the best of themselves to build a world honest-to-God.<\/span><\/p>\n
