First meeting:
We start from the biblical reading Luke 9:16-17
Then Jesus took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking at the sky, he blessed them Then he broke them, and they were given to the disciples so that they were distributed to the people. All ate until they were satisfied, and from the pieces that were left over twelve baskets were collected.
We reflect: What is the miracle that happened? what does it seem? Have you seen a similar miracle, where?
God, in the person of Jesus, takes on the responsibility of satisfying the need for food of people and does it because they have hunger.
We look at the miracles that there is where the hand of God and solidarity acts with the file of the project school canteens of Cameroon. By knowing this reality, we explain the importance of a good food.
Rescue the importance of the balanced food for education.
How is your food at home? How can we improve it?
Leave as a task take note of the daily intakes in a week in your home, and those that you eat outside of home.
Second meeting:
We begin by placing a poster with the verse “The one who is generous prospers.
the one who reanimates will be reanimated” (Proverbs 11:25) We place it in a visible space that each child can read.
Comment on the records of ingests at home. How do we qualify our food from 1 to 10? What do we commit to change?
We begin the table game with dice. Game The road of food. Annex
Reflect on the verse, how can we be more generous? and we commit ourselves with the next allocation.
Allocation: raise food for the needy of your environment or any other place, and bring boxes, baskets to decorate.
Third meeting:
Decorate or arm the baskets or food boxes, that contains a motivational message, to deliver the next meeting.
We must locate the homes of vulnerable people (Migrants, people with disabilities, families of low economic resources, etc.)
Fourth meeting:
Go out to visit the places that were allocated in the previous meeting.
They must go with a biblical appointment so that it is an evangelizing meeting, the children must be the protagonists of the activity, the monitors accompany.
At the culmination of the visits, we sit down to evaluate these significant meetings.
How did they feel? What called their attention? what did they manage to see in the people they visited?
