Remembering “Centres that change, change your centre”
THANK YOU!
About a year ago, a new space was opened on this website to present the campaign “Centres that change, change your centre”. A campaign focused on promoting and supporting the transformative power of education in our schools, very different among them, but with something in common: to develop the Piarist mission through actions that go beyond the classroom.
This campaign has been carried out for 12 months in 10 countries and more tha
n 60 towns and presences. In each place it has been carried out at a specific time, depending on the organisation, but the strength that comes from uniting in the sam
e action with the same purpose favours achieving that, indeed, we can change our centres, so that they become centres that, at the same time, change their environment.
Throughout the year, during the 2021-2022 campaign, we put in value the figure of the Piarist educators who share their lives for each one of the people (young and old) with whom they come across in their daily work. A figure represented by Dorotea, the new crew member who accompanies Calasanz and his friends in each of the missions they face. This year, of course, we will continue to count on her.
We are convinced that educators are key to the Piarist mission, and therefore we consider it very important to close the campaign “Centres that change, change your centre” by sending them a gratitude letter for their work and dedication. For this reason, we invite you to do this task with those who are closest to you (LINK LETTER EDUCATORS).
Finally, we would like to remind you that you can download here the thank you poster, with the details of the total collection of the campaign to send it to the children, young people, families, religious, fraternity, etc., who have collaborated to achieve these results.
And again: THANK YOU!
